MG3 – Marking Genius

Markingenius® MG3 has been exclusively designed by Cembre for the identification of conductors and electrical components.

Markingenius® MG3 is a high resolution printer based on thermal transfer technology, capable of producing tags for cables, pipes and tubes; terminal block markers and legends and labels for all electrical panels, components and equipment. All Cembre MG media can be printed with monocolour Windows True Type fonts at high speed.
Markingenius® MG3 will also reproduce Clipart images, drawings, barcodes and bitmaps down to very small sizes.

Compact, ergonomic, clean and quiet Markingenius® MG3 may be conveniently located in an office, like any other computer peripheral.

Each monochrome ribbon can print more than 300.000 MG-TPMF 4×10 mm cable tags with full printable surface coverage. Carriage loading and unloading operations are rapid; support templates are easily interchanged and as the pigment deposited from the ribbon dries instantaneously, printed sheets are immediately ready to use.

Offers high resolution printing based on thermal transfer technology.  The MG3 can produce

Rolly 3000

Robust and quiet, ROLLY3000 provides reliable, intensive operation in office or factory combined with the facility to optimize printer set-up according to the media.

ROLLY3000 is delivered complete with power & connection cables and GENIUSPRO software including a universal driver for Windows® (7, 8 & 10) to ensure program compatibility.

ROLLY3000 is ideal for printing all Cembre flat material on rolls, eg. cable tags for holders, tie on, wraparound cable markers, legend strips and labels.

​ROLLY3000 is designed for optimum single side printing of TERMO-ROLL heat shrinkable tubing and particularly suitable for intensive use of this material in ladder format on a roll.

​There are several monochrome ribbons available.

In addition, there are specific colour ribbons for printing heat shrinkable tubing. Ribbons provide resin based indelible print in accordance with the scratch and abrasion resistance requirements of CEI 16-7.

​Depending on the application, a large selection of printable materials is available, such as cable tags, cable markers, labels, continuous material on roll and heat shrinkable tubing with high UV resistance.

The Rolly 3000 is a brand new Thermal Transfer Printer by Cembre. This printer can print both labels and heat-shrinkable tubes in the same printer.

• 1000 pcs of 4×10 mm labels in under 2 minutes
• 1000 pcs of 25mm heat shrinkable tubes in under 3 minutes

Its speed is matched the longevity of its printer-ribbon: 140,000 pcs of 4×10 labels and 55,000 pcs of heat shrikable tubes can be printed with 1 ribbon.  The Rolly’s user-friendly software and you easily trans print data can to its database.
